These terms govern your use of the Aurelis Private platform and the services offered through it.

Eligibility
Accounts are opened by referral or review. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract, complete identity verification, and satisfy the minimum allocation for your mandate tier. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, enabling two-factor authentication, and notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Instructions issued from an authenticated session are treated as issued by you.
Settlements
Deposit and withdrawal requests are raised in your dashboard and reviewed by the settlement desk. Requests move through pending, approved or rejected states. We may delay or decline a settlement where verification, sanctions screening or source-of-funds review requires it.
Fees
Mandate fees, settlement charges and any third-party banking costs are disclosed in your mandate schedule before allocation. Changes to fees are notified in advance through your document vault.
Risk disclosure
Investment involves risk. Published yields are targets based on mandate strategy, not guarantees. Capital is at risk, values can fall as well as rise, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Termination
You may close your account at any time subject to the settlement of open positions and any term commitments. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by regulation.
